Hello! This is edm Korean Global Campus :D Today, we made gimbap together. 

Gimbap is a traditional Korean food that consists of rice and various ingredients wrapped in seaweed (kim). The rice is usually seasoned with vinegar and sugar, similar to sushi, and a variety of ingredients are used for the filling, including cucumber, carrot, pickled radish, egg, ham, beef, and tuna.

Gimbap is a popular food that is convenient to eat during picnics or trips, as it can be easily packed and carried. Additionally, there are various types of gimbap, and each type differs in taste and color based on the ingredients used.

Today, we spent time together making delicious and nutritious Gimbap. The various activities conducted by edm Korean are fun and engaging, and offer many opportunities to learn about Korea.
