We offer accommodation to provide a pleasant, comfortable, secure and affordable living-space for students within a short distance of our campus. edm PREMIUM RESIDENCE (SINGLE ROOM)

edm Premium Residence is located just a minute's walk from the school, and only 3 minutes from Gangnam Station. The residence is surrounded by numerous restaurants, various amenities, and a safe environment, making it the ideal location.

SERVICED RESIDENCE

This type of accommodation provides services similar to hotels and is suitable for those seeking private and excellent service. However, it tends to be more expensive compared to other lodging options.

  Essentials such as hygiene products, personal belongings to create a homely atmosphere in their room, prescribed medications, and towels.

• SERVICE INCLUDED

  Wi-Fi, bed, desk&chair, wardrobe, TV, refrigerator, bathroom, kitchen, hair dryer, electric kettle, air conditioner (washing machine and microwave are not included.)
  Fitness center

• MEALS APROVIDED

  Meals are self-catering

• LAUNDRY FACILITIES

  There are laundry facilities in the basement (washing machine 2,000 won / dryer machine 2,000 won)
